Learning that changes what people do on Monday morning.

I'm Keithan Cokbilir, a freelance learning experience designer in Ingolstadt. I design e-learning, blended programmes and hands-on workshops for teams — starting from the behaviour you need, not the content you have.

How every project runs

  1. 1

    Find the gap

What should people do differently — and is training really the fix?

  2. 2

    Map the actions

The few decisions and tasks that matter on the job.

  3. 3

    Prototype early

Working interactive drafts you can click through, not storyboards.

  4. 4

    Measure the change

A baseline before day one and a check at day 30.

What I can design for you

For L&D teams, e-learning agencies and training providers who need an extra designer — for one module or a whole programme.

E-learning and blended programmes

From needs analysis to finished, tested material — built around realistic decisions rather than slides of content.

  • Scenario-based e-learning
  • Role-based learning journeys
  • Facilitator guides and job aids
  • Measurement plans

Practical AI workshops for teams

Hands-on sessions where people use AI tools on their own everyday work, with clear guidance on what not to share.

  • Half-day and full-day formats
  • Tailored to each team's tasks
  • Follow-up prompts and cheat sheets
  • Attendance records if you need them

English for professionals

Native-speaker training for people who present, negotiate and write in English — grounded in years of executive coaching.

  • Presentations and meetings
  • Executive communication coaching
  • Business writing
  • Small groups or one-to-one

Design work

Three full programme designs with working interactive artefacts — learning journeys, simulations, scoreboards, job aids and measurement plans.

These are concept projects — fully designed with working artefacts, not yet delivered for a client.

About Keithan

Keithan Cokbilir

I've spent more than ten years helping adults learn at work: teaching Business English at Inlingua in Ingolstadt, then coaching executives on communication in China from 2022 to 2025.

Today I design learning experiences that start with a performance problem. I use AI tools throughout my own process — for rapid prototyping, scenario writing and building interactive artefacts — which is also what I teach teams to do.
